I have created three reading lists, and I always invite any students from any grade to choose from any list, I have created target audiences, to help students generally find something of interest more easily. The following table is a spread sheet. The first page is a nonfiction list. Look to the bottom to toggle to the lists for 9th and 10th and the list 11th and 12th grades.

I also allow students to pick books off the Radcliffe list of the top 100 books of the 20th Century, though I exclude children's books that made the list.
